EFFICIENT AND FLEXIBLE LAYOUT
The design of six of our concepts present an efficient and flexible layout to optimally support various types of work, oriented towards innovation and collaboration.
With floor-to-ceiling windows, each level is flooded with natural light and offers views of the cities and places where the buildings are designed.
PUTTING OCCUPANT WELL-BEING AT THE CENTRE
Inspired by the brand’s philosophy ‘A Sound Mind in a Sound Body’, we design buildings according to the latest standards in health and sustainability, as defined by the WELL Gold and LEED Gold certifications.
Our specialist design team thinks of buildings that are attentive not only to the environment, thanks to energy, water saving solutions and reduction of CO2 emissions through the use of completely sustainable construction materials, but also to the well-being of the occupants, ensuring a healthy indoor climate and a comfortable and diversified working environment.

Also with a view to sustainability, the design team collaborated with some technology specialists in bGrid to create a smart building equipped with a smart system that measures temperature, CO2 and lighting. Users can monitor and manage these parameters through an app.
