The architectural solution therefore tends to reinterpret in its evocative and monumental historical citations such as the pyramids and obelisks and the traditional characteristics of the historical culture of the territory. A wide use of white sandstone and granite will be envisaged in continuity with the predominant material of the historical monuments present in the territory and in the country. The choice of architecture and these materials contributes to a coherent integration into the landscape context which, by design choice, wants to fit into the context in full harmony.
Currently developing and refining its masterplan, it is a significant part of the broader economic diversification and development strategy of the Al Waha City area with the aim of completing it by the end of 2035. The development of the area is also in line with the country’s Vision, which outlines the objectives of promoting sustainable economic growth through investments in key sectors including mainly tourism and real estate development.
The project has in its intent
in addition to the redevelopment of the area on which it will be built, to act as a catalyst for the development of
the local economy, offering opportunities for tourist/cultural attraction, transforming the area into an attractive
pole including services and comforts for high-level tourism.
