COTERIE is a visionary project of integrated architecture and interior design, conceived to redefine the future of retail through a one-of-a-kind entertainment experience in the heart of Qatar’s capital, Doha.

This space shapes a new global lifestyle destination: a fluid and symmetrical ecosystem that seamlessly blends a single, expansive multi-brand haute couture store, incorporating exclusive restaurant and café areas, alongside interconnected spaces dedicated to art, wellness, and clubbing.

Conceived and designed to guide the client through a continuous sensory journey, shopping is seamlessly integrated into every area of the structure whether before, during, or after dinner, during a moment of relaxation in the wellness area, or simply while enjoying a coffee transforming the act of shopping into an immersive global lifestyle experience.

The architectural identity unfolds through a fluid and strictly symmetrical ecosystem, where portals, mirrored surfaces, and geometric backlit ceilings harmoniously connect every soul of the brand.

The journey flows effortlessly from the multi-brand store dedicated to international haute couture to the three intimate black velvet lounge areas, designed as the central social heart, gathering point, and connection hub to the complex’s various areas.

This visual and experiential flow progresses toward the panoramic open-plan restaurant overlooking the urban skyline, before opening into the art gallery heritage dialogues with contemporary and jewelry art the wellness and spa area centered around a black marble pool, and finally the private atmosphere of the exclusive club, enriched by its majestic coffered ceilings and billiards areas.
