The concept is the second residential building development project in Dubai and the Emirates, surrounded by a
major urban green development, and the concept engineering process was developed and executed by multiple
local engineering organizations and firms between the Emirates and Lebanon.
In the early stages during the project definition meetings, the developer asked us what we think was the concept in
which each of us would like to live.
We started to put together the elements that each one suggested: sea, water, nature, trees, plants, animals,
space, services, comfort, livability, and many others.
We have taken all these elements and put them together with the result of real oases in or close to the cities.
